Terms and Conditions

We are tropical fish wholesalers, we don’t sell to the general public: we supply retail/aquarium/pet stores, Australia wide.

Account Enquiry: by requesting an account you declare being a trading retail aquarium/pet store and a registered business.

All prices are GST exclusive – pricing is in AUD. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All stock is sold at the price current at the time of delivery.

Fish sizes are in centimetres and represent total length to the tip of the tail.

Orders can be placed online at www.oceanbreezetropicalfish.com.au, via email at info@oceanbreezetropicalfish.com.au or SMS (Alan mob 0439430078). Please add contact name to your order.

Orders are subject to stock availability. All order requests will be confirmed via email/SMS within 24hrs – shipping quote will be added to confirmation, followed by tax invoice (+GST).

By submitting an order with Oceanbreeze Tropical Fish you are entering a legally binding contract. Orders cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.

Laws and restrictions about fish species are different from State to State. It is responsibility of the buyer to verify restrictions prior to ordering.

Special Orders – we may be able to assist in sourcing fish species outside our normal list: please send us an enquiry at info@oceanbreezetropicalfish.com.au. This livestock needs to be specially ordered from our selected breeders: once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders that require courier or air freight delivery must be received no later than Tuesday afternoon, for delivery on Wednesday/Thursday. Delivery is airport to airport, or to store (depending on customer location). Delivery to store will be made only during normal working hours. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers or air freight issues.

Personalised service and delivery (road service to your store) are free of charge within Sydney Greater Metropolitan area, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Minimum order of $60 applies for free delivery.

We deliver our fish and superworms either by road or air freight. Please note extreme weather conditions can be detrimental to livestock in transit and can therefore restrict delivery days.

Livestock losses or issues with any order need to be notified within 24hrs of delivery – DOA (Death On Arrival) requires photographic evidence of the affected fish in their shipping bags in order to be replaced or credited.

PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank Deposit – we are with ANZ, account details will be provided with invoice.
• Cash – only applicable to orders within our free, personalised delivery range: Sydney Greater Metropolitan area, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.

Shops seeking credit approval will need to fill out a Credit Application Form, which will need to be signed and sent back to us. Every trade account is evaluated to establish a credit limit, which will be applied at all times.

Once credit limit is reached, any further order can be delivered only on a pre-paid or C.O.D. basis, until credit balance is repaid. Credit facilities can be withdrawn at any time without notice: we reserve the right to stop supply until credit balance is repaid in full.

For credit approved customers, payments are due within 14 days from invoice date. Please note additional interest may be charged on payment received more than 30 days past its due date. Until invoices are paid in full and payments have cleared, the ownership of the stock remains with Oceanbreeze Tropical Fish, but the risk passes to the customer on delivery.

All orders that require couriering or air freight will have to be pre-paid, with payment cleared prior shipping, unless other agreement is mutually arranged. Orders within our free-delivery area can also be paid COD.

Oceanbreeze Tropical Fish reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

We reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions, providing any amendment is clearly displayed on this page.
