Shipping

All deliveries are charged per order, depending on size, weight and destination.

All order requests will be confirmed via email/SMS within 24hrs: we will add shipping quote to order confirmation. Invoice will follow with payment methods/details.

Orders that require courier or air freight delivery must be received no later than Tuesday afternoon, for delivery on Wednesday/Thursday. Delivery is airport-to-airport or to store, depending on customer location. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers or air freight issues.

Delivery to store will be made only during normal working hours.

We deliver our fish and superworms either by road or air freight. Please note extreme weather conditions can be detrimental to livestock in transit and can therefore restrict delivery days.

 

Personalised service and delivery (road service to your store) are FREE OF CHARGE within Sydney Greater Metropolitan area, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Minimum order of $60 applies for free delivery.

Fish orders that require air freight (via Virgin Air)

Standard box to Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra airport: shipping cost $45 per box.

For all other airport deliveries, please enquire at info@oceanbreezetropicalfish.com.au – we can offer competitive shipping quotes to most destinations.

All air freight deliveries are to be picked up at the Virgin depot of your airport.

 

Superworms orders can be couriered to many locations within Australia via FASTWAY road service.

Please note extreme weather conditions can be detrimental to Superworms: during extreme heat or extreme cold weather we won’t be able to guarantee safe arrival of the Superworms. Delivery days can be adjusted to suit milder weather conditions.

Superworms shipping cost

• Shorthaul Parcel up to 25kg (Newcastle area to Campbelltown area): $12.50
• Zone 1 Parcel up to 5kg (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Melbourne): $16.00
• Zone 2 Parcel up to 5kg (Rockhampton, Adelaide, Tasmania main cities): $21.00
